Gracie's eye removal surgery by 269 Animal Rescue

Hello,
My name is Nadine, co founder of 269 animal Rescue. We are asking for some help to cover Gracie's eye removal surgery.
Here is Gracie's story:

Gracie and her siblings came to us at four days old and in rough shape. They had maggots in their umbilical chords, which we treated, and were very thin. They needed to be bottle fed, since their mama was presumed to have been deceased.
Just before turning two months, they all had developed conjunctivitis, Gracie's being the worst. We brought them for treatment as well as their first vaccine. Gracie's siblings recovered perfectly, and are all adopted, but Gracie continues to struggle. Her right eye developed an ulcer. We brought her in for treatment. The ulcer cleared, but reveled another issue underneath it. It was suspected that Gracie had glaucoma in the right eye. Another treatment was given, with not very much success. It did not take long into the treatment, that her eye began to swell. We brought her back to the vet. A pressure test was done and we continued the treatment. After a month, we took her in for a second eye pressure test. The eye was even worse. We were consulted to remove the eye. We were not comfortable in taking this decision before consulting an ocular specialist, and so we did.
The specialist conducted a few tests. It was found that the pressure was even worse than before, and she was blind from her right eye. He was not sure if she was in any actual pain at that time. The pain however, which is equivalent to a bad migraine for humans, is inevitable. He agreed with our vet that the eye needs to be removed within the next couple of months. Since Gracie will be of age to be spayed when the eye is removed, we all agree that the two surgeries should be done at the same time. We are moving forward with this decision. Gracie's eye surgery is estimated at little over $1000 plus her spay. Unless we catch a break, we need a bit of help. Her deadline is nearing (February)..If you would like to contribute to Gracie's surgery, you can donate to this GoFundMe, or, if you prefer to send an etransfer, please send us a message and we will send you the email address. We truly appreciate any help.
In Gracie's name, we thank you,
Nadine and Rob
