Gradcats 2021
Donation protected
2/26 UPDATE: WE HAVE MET OUR GOAL! A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who donated! We will keep this Go Fund Me open and continue to collect funds for our event — additional funds will be used for things such as a photographer, awards/certificates, stage decor, etc. A $2,000 donation is not yet reflected in the total donations to date. Additionally, a senior class family is generously matching all donations from 12:00 Noon 2/23 through midnight 2/28. (Two large donations are not part of the matching.) We are grateful for every dollar!
GRADCATS SENIOR CELEBRATION 2021
Gradcats Senior Celebration 2021 is a parent-sponsored and funded celebration for the senior class and their families at Ameris Amphitheater, Wednesday, May 19 at 7:00 PM. Fundraising for this event will end by March so the contract can be signed in good faith. (Donations will be returned if goal is not met.)
All 500 members of the senior class and their families are invited to a fun evening celebrating the past four years, while looking forward to a great future for all of these kids (see covid safety guidelines below).
This event is in addition to graduation May 24 at Hallford Stadium. It is optional and not affiliated with the school or county. The program, similar to a baccalaureate, will be more personalized than the formal graduation ceremony by focusing on what’s great, honorable and special about this group of kids and this particular class.
We need your help! Whether 31 families contribute $1,021, 100 families contribute $321, 200 families contribute $161, or any combination of participation and range of donations – please donate what you can. Your donation will cover facility rental, security, audio/visual/lighting technicians, cleaning services, parking attendants, service fees, programs, etc.
Please contribute what you can, and donate anonymously. No one should feel pressured to donate, or donate more than what they feel comfortable donating.
Ameris Amphitheater is an outdoor, covered venue seating 2,000 people at this time. While that number may increase as May nears, it will not likely be close to normal capacity of 12,000. Covid safety precautions (wearing masks, family units seated together and spaced apart, etc.) are mandatory for all attendees. By attending you agree to abide by all event safety requirements and absolve organizers and event management from liability.

This year has been tough year for everyone, especially our seniors. Let's do what we can safely do for our kids before they leave high school! Thank you!
