Graduating with her PhD

Hi my name is Annette. I started this fundraiser for my sister Chandra Mullins Waller. She has worked hard over the last 20 years continuing her education. She has been through many hardships and come out ahead and is finally almost to her goal, her PhD in History from Liberty University. She has continued her education all while raising two amazing young men and teaching full time at Wingate University. The cap and gown to walk across the stage in May is $1500. Please help us reach the goal together. She’s worked so hard for this moment and definitely deserves it.
