Empower Uganda’s Artistic Youth with Graffiti Supplies

We connected through a love of graffiti. Now we want to work together to give kids in Uganda more tools to learn the art form.

It all started when Rach, a passionate graffiti artist from Uganda, reached out to us on insta. His message was simple, yet it struck a chord deep within me. Curious and intrigued, I set up a short call with him, and within minutes, I knew I had to do something to help. Rach’s story and dedication were nothing short of inspiring, and I’m convinced that if others saw what he’s doing, they would feel the same way.

Rach grew up in the slums of Uganda, where opportunities are scarce, and the challenges are many. Despite these hardships, he found hope and purpose in the art of graffiti. What started as a personal outlet for expression has blossomed into a mission to teach and inspire the next generation of Ugandan youth. Through his workshops, Rach is not just showing kids how to create art; he’s giving them a voice, a sense of identity, and a positive way to channel their energy.

In a community where the risks of falling into negative influences are high, Rach’s work is a lifeline. He’s reaching out to kids who might otherwise be lost to the streets, providing them with the tools and guidance to express themselves creatively. His workshops are more than just lessons in graffiti—they’re lessons in self-worth, resilience, and hope.

But Rach needs our help to keep this incredible work going. He lacks the basic supplies and resources to expand his outreach and continue making a difference in these kids’ lives. That’s why I’m reaching out to you. I believe that if you knew Rach and saw the impact he’s having, you’d want to support him too.

To support Rach’s mission, we’re raising funds to provide him with the resources he needs to continue and expand his work. The money raised will go towards purchasing reusable and essential supplies like refillable spray cans, markers, pencils, graffiti markers, and paper notebooks. We’ll also supply graffiti books to inspire the kids, black stickers for them to create their own designs, and even a silk screening system to teach them another valuable skill.

On top of these physical resources, we will be donating a full digital graffiti system that Rach can take to different communities.
