Gráinne Molloy U-16 Ireland Support Fund

Gráinne Molloy has been selected by Hockey Ireland to play as a goalkeeper on the Ireland Under-16 Girls' Team.

This Easter she is due to play in a five-nations tournament in the Netherlands.

Gráinne is the first Wicklow Hockey Club youth member to be chosen to play on the national team.

Unfortunately, under-18 hockey teams receive no financial support from the Irish government.

Therefore, players' families must help source the funding necessary to pay for the €70,000+ total cost of their kit, their travel expenses to the Netherlands, Scotland and Spain, and the travel expenses of their team coaches and managers.
