Grandma Marj is in need of NEW STEPS between her house and garage. The current steps are too small and steep resulting in a trecherous daily climb.
We have reached out for an estimate to rebuild larger steps with an easier grade to allow her use the stairs with ease and provide safer access for her to enter her home.
During the estimate it was brought to her attention that the back deck needs to be shored up as well, meaning it's definately unsafe for multiple people to gather on.
Option 1: rebuliding the steps only: $1,500
Option 2: rebuliding the steps, shoreing up the deck, and connecting the steps to her deck: $3,000
