Grandma Ruth in a tough spot
Donation protected
Many of you know Grandma Ruth. Whether you have walked with her through ministry or eaten one (or 12) of her cinnamon rolls, you know that she is a gentle, kind, selfless woman. And she needs our help.
Ruth has been facing significant health challenges in the last couple of years while living in less-than-ideal conditions in an RV. Ten years ago, the Greuneich’s moved to Branson, starting, and running a new Cinnamon Roll shop called Grandma Ruth’s. They started in an RV thinking it was temporary but ended up living their long term – adequate because of how much time they spent working until Ruth and Reuben’s health declined.
Grandma Ruth has recently been hospitalized and is now moving to a nursing home. Her sons have been Ruth’s caregiver and have been a great help in these last years but are no longer able to help financially or physically.
Living in an RV presents its own set of challenges, but to make matters worse, the RV had significant water damage while Ruth was gone for a hospital stay in Iowa which totaled the RV. It is time to transition Grandma Ruth to a nursing home.
The need is to pay off a totaled RV. It has no value, and the family doesn’t want to default on a loan that is tied to a friend, who originally secured the loan for Grandma Ruth and Grandpa Reuben.
They are known for their kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Now, it’s our turn to support them. We’re reaching out to our community to rally together and provide the Grueneich’s with the financial assistance they desperately need. Your donations will go towards helping them get back on their feet.
Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in their lives. Together, we can help them overcome these obstacles and provide them with the support they need as they try and move forward.
