Grandma's Story

Hi, my name is David Pinzon. Anyone who knows me well enough knows my life revolves around my grandparents, so I'm fundraising for my grandmother Sylvia. She recently ended up in the ER due to an inflamed gallbladder. While she was in there, they uncovered some undiagnosed conditions. She was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and they also found a mass in her uterus. We have taken the necessary steps like surgery and doctor visits for her diabetes and mass. The ER visit, along with her surgeries and other doctor visits obviously came with a price. While we are happy she is doing better and adapting well to diabetes, my Grandmother does not have insurance or Medicare. She does not qualify for either due to certain circumstances. My Grandfather is the only who is working between the two, and is barely making enough to make ends meet. I am hoping to raise enough to pay at least a portion of her medical bills.
