GRAVE EMERGENCY THREATENS BAJA SUR RANCHES

There is a grave emergency threatening the historic ranches of Baja California Sur. Because of the lack of rain, cattle and goats cannot find enough food to survive, ranchers cannot afford to buy alfalfa and every day their animals are suffering and dying. These ranches are the soul of Baja California Sur, and we all depend on the cheeses and meat they produce, but the drought is threatening the survival of dozens of ranches and thousands of animals.
