Gray & Family Fire Rebuild Fund
Donation protected
Hi, this is the Turcotte & Schultz Familes. Our extended family was recently involved in a devastating and tragic fire right after the Thanksgiving holidays this year, in the very early morning. Unfortunately, this resulted in the total loss of their family home. The fire is believed to be started in the basement and rose throughout their three-story home. Currently, and thanks to the Lord, there are no lives that have been lost. MaryAnn was able to make it out of the home safely. However, one of the family members, the granddaughter (age 29) of Maryann (primary resident), was caught in the fire on the top floor. She suffered severe smoke inhalation. She was trapped on the 3rd story for approximately 20 minutes and could not exit. Fire rescue had her sent by Medivac to the closest burn unit in Washington DC. Not only did the family lose everything, but the granddaughter is still in the hospital undergoing treatment.
Among losing ALL of their possessions and precious memories, they also lost the two family pets that were caught in the blaze as well. All of our thoughts and prayers are with this family during this difficult time. We ask that anyone who can contribute to this fund from the kindness of their hearts donate what they can afford. We understand it's a difficult time of year to ask of this, but any and all donations will be so cherished by the family, and they will be ever so grateful.
Thank you from all of the Turcotte, Schultz and Gray Families.
