Grazi to go Take out
Hello, My name is Mary Frances Graziano Richard, and I am intending to open a take-out only restaurant in Lisbon, Maine. Specialising in menu items from my family's late restaurant and local establishment, Graziano's Casa Mia. It will be a rotating menu serving items such as Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna, Salads, and other favorites from years gone by, not to mention some newer family recipes and healthy choices. All made fresh, with the finest ingredients and utmost care in the Graziano way. Food will be available by the meal and by the tray, allowing us to feed just about any size gathering. A location in Lisbon has already been found, and I am asking for help in purchasing the equipment to get my dream off the ground.
I began working in the restaurant business at a very young age. Starting as a dishwasher and working my way up to eventually doing any and all tasks it takes to run a restaurant. From bussing to waitstaff, to cooking and menu development, to management and clerical work, I have almost thirty years of food service experience under my belt. I have an associates degree in business management from Casco Bay College. After Graziano's closed in 2012, I tried my hand at a few other jobs such as retail and clerical work for the medical field, but found that the restaurant business has always been my passion.
I am hoping that some of our long time customers, and hopefully some new, prospective ones, will help fund this endevour. And allow me the opportunity to serve our community and the outlying areas some of the fine food from my youth served up with the spice of my experience.
It is always a risk to start a new business. I have been, and I am going to continue to work hard to make this dream come true. the first challenge is getting the funding to start buying all of the equipment I will need. I will put all of myself into this to make it work, with the help of you!
