Great Dane Rescue: Medical Help Needed

My name is Jessica. Last night we rescued a dog off of Craigslist that's the worst I've ever seen. She is a less than one year old Great Dane who probably weighs 40lbs. I was able to safely secure the dog at my home but she is in for a long road. She will need probably thousands of dollars of medical care and support. We really are hoping She pulls through. Anything you can do to help we'd greatly appreciate it.
