Great Divide Bike Adventure

On June 10th, my great friend Amy, and I will be embarking on the Great Divide Bicycle Race from Canada to Mexico. We dont have much time to plan, but in the time we do, we are researching the route, buying gear, and preparing ourselves as best as we can. Crazy to some, but here is the story...

Finally going on the journey...

It was 8 years ago when my buddy Troy, introduced me to the Great Divide Bike Race. 2700 miles of Mountain Biking, Canada to Mexico, all self-supported, 2 months of pain, stunning sights, and pure living.... Oh yeah, also over 200,000 ft of climbing, up and over the Rocky Mountains, which is equal to climbing Mt. Everest 7 times.... easy to say I was hooked.

But then, 8 years goes by. Every year hoping that THIS will be the year that I finally follow my dreams....Sure enough,my 30th birthday is right around the corner, and I am about to carry this remarkable adventure into another decade.

So lets do it.

Im choosing to live life with no regret, no fear, and no missed opportunities. 

Being that this trip is a little last minute, I reach out to my friends, my family, and strangers that share the same adventurous spirit. 

Over the trip, I will be spending around $30-50 a day, camping under the stars overlooking beautiful landscapes, eating bean burritos, peanut butter burritos, and anything else that can fit in a tortilla.  

I reach out and ask all that are able to help fund this amazing adventure. Even just a $30 donation will help get me through another day, and keep the adventure moving forward.. and up... lots of up

I love the idea of being able to help others accomplish their goals, if we can all help each other reach for the stars, we will all be living on top of the world. ❤️
