Great Gatsby: A Musical Adaptation at Orlando Fringe 2025

After four years of writing, rewriting, and three different professional readings, the new adaptation is finally coming to the stage at the International Orlando Fringe Festival in May of 2025! With direction by Bobby Cassell and choreography by former Hamilton on Broadway Cast Member, Lexi Toye, Cameron Jordan's vision (Composer of Dungeons and DragQueens and The Sugar Plum Ball) will finally be brought to life!

This musical adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's acclaimed novel further explores the LGBTQIA+ themes inspired by the novel. It explores the relationship of Jay Gatsby, envisioned as a BIPOC performer, and his best friend Nick Carraway, as Nick recounts the tragic love story between Jay Gatsby and Daisy Buchanan.
