Great Pyrs & Paws Rescue - Riley's Surgery Fund

Tax deductible
Meet Riley! He is a one-year old boy who came into rescue as an owner surrender and it appears he was hit by a car. Unfortunately he didn't receive proper treatment for the injuries to his hip and knee and will need surgery. He has a damaged (fractured) neck of his right femur.  This will need to be corrected with FHO surgery, BUT FIRST he needs to have a TPLO on the right knee because he has torn the CCL (cranial cruciate ligament) in the knee joint.

Because of his needing two surgeries on the same leg, he will first have the TPLO, and recover for one month, and then he will have the FHO on the leg.  He really is a happy guy but sometimes becomes quite blue because he doesn’t understand why he has to be on crate rest and not out doing all the things dogs like to do.

He wants to run, jump, dig, bark and play so badly like any other young pup but we can’t let him risk further injury to his leg. He’s very sweet (just look at that face!), is quite the snuggler and really loves to play with his toys.

Riley's surgery is quite expensive and Great Pyrs & Paws sure could use your help. 100% of the funds raised go directly towards Riley's surgery and all donations are tax deductible. We appreciate our supporters and Riley does too!
