GREENMOUNT - The Movie!

YOU'VE SEEN GREENMOUNT ON SWEARNET - THE NETWORK CREATED BY THE TRAILER PARK BOYS... BUT GET READY - FOR GREENMOUNT ON THE BIG SCREEN!

Over the course of the past SEVEN years the comedy series "GREENMOUNT" - starring Degrassi: The Next Generation's own Shane Kippel - has grown from a silly idea to a full-blown, international, union comedy series - with a season even licensed by The Trailer Park Boys in 2019. Not long after Season One came the shut down of the world as we knew it...

But now the boys are ready to return and bring you a full-length movie for the first time EVER - and it's WORTH THE WAIT.

In 2021 the production company that owns GREENMOUNT developed a new ensemble series called ACCESSED. We plan on combining the two worlds into the greatest movie of the past decade - and we need YOUR help!

Film production has three stages:

Pre-Production - scripting, casting, budgeting, permitting, etc. etc.

Production - filming the actual series!

Post-Production - editing the video, sound, and packaging together the whole product.

Because the creator of the series does all three of these stages (perfectionist, much?), we are able to do things MUCH cheaper than other production companies!

That said, there are expenses in pre-production that are nonrefundable. Please donate if you can, but know that we can't promise that we'll be able to return every donation if we don't reach our goal.

So in an effort to combat the potential of not reaching the goal, we'd like to make it completely transparent on how your funds will be spent.

LESS THAN FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS RAISED...

We run a podcast network called "Guy Times Presents..."

On this network, we'll be starting a new GREENMOUNT podcast - as well as currently hosting another series starring Shane Kippel (and more than ten other shows!)

If we don't exceed $5,000 in donations, we'll use the funds to further this endeavor.

LESS THAN TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS RAISED...

This is a weird middle ground! It means we didn't raise enough to film anything worth-while, but still received a lot of support and don't want that to go to waste! If this is the case, we'll do everything with the podcast network described above but also create a website where you can see ALL of the unreleased, released, and unfinished works of the past seven years of Greenmount (animated episode included!) as well as the video version of "Guy Times", the pilot for the new series "Accessed", and anything/everything the production company works on. This isn't a standard website or a demo reel - this would have ALL the content (good and bad) that we've worked on in development over the years. Run like a truly starving artist would run his company, this is well over the ten thousand dollars raised of unreleased content.

LESS THAN FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS RAISED...

The closer we get to fifteen thousand the more likely it is that we can film something worthwhile as a backup to the movie. Maybe a couple mini episodes and a documentary, perhaps? Of course, everything above stands as well.
