Greenville Dixie Fire Homestead Lost
My sister and brother n law - Nichoel and Paul Farris - lost their home, their farm, chickens, bees, every piece of anything they ever owned to the Dixie Fire on August 4th, 2021, in the little city of Greenville in Plumas County. It ripped through the town completely devouring it leaving behind nothing! They were told no structures were left standing and the whole town, including the forest around it, is completely gone. Right now all they have are two suitcases, three dogs and a truck to start a new life. Nichoel and Paul loved their community, and historic little town, so much and the family bonds they formed has been a blessing. After many years of building her homestead from scratch she must now start over, somewhere, but first finding the money to get that going. To build back simple things such as clothes, to replace their car, to pay bills until insurance red tape is torn through, a rental to live until they figure out where they are replanting roots... any help would greatly be appreciated and is so desperately needed! Thank you and please keep my family in your prayers, thoughts, good vibes....
