Greg Cowan Medical/Recovery Expenses

November 12, 2015 Greg Cowan was severely injured during a motorcycle accident. He was Med-flighted to the hospital where he was immediately assessed and placed in ICU. His wife, Lisa drove 2 ½ hours to get to the hospital. They reside in Phoenix, AZ but Greg is hospitalized in California. They are away from family and friends and in need of our help.
Greg is still not awake and doctors have confirmed he is in a coma.
Greg & Lisa are self-employed and there will be a long road to recovery. The income opportunities are limited for his wife, Lisa as she cares for her husband. The medical bills will be significant and financial hardship is inevitable during Greg’s recovery.
Although, this couple has insurance coverage, the deductible is $7,000.00.
Greg is not a man for charity; he’s a hard worker. He’s owned and operated his own catering business and now has a welding business. Greg is a talented musician and full of life. Anyone who knows him will attest to his good nature and awesome sense of humor. He’s never met a stranger. Lisa and Greg are always willing to help others and would never want to ask for help.
As difficult as this is for them to ask, Greg and Lisa need our help. This money will be used to help pay for his medical bills, support their needs and allow Greg the time and peace of mind he needs to recover.
As we approach the time of year when we all pause to give thanks, please consider donating to support this family. Thank you so much for any donation you care to give during this difficult time. Lisa & Greg are my cousins, however, they are more of a brother and sister to me. I love them so much.
