Help Greg Fight The Battle
Donation protected
To some, Greg is a respected colleague. To others, a reliable friend. To many others, a loyal family member. And to two special women, a loving husband and dedicated father.
Back in the fall of 2016, Greg had the unfortunate luck of being one of a handful of CH2M employees to be let go due to company cuts. It was a bit of a blow but his predictable over-preparedness comforted our family financially for the time being.
In January of 2017, after a long journey searching for the mysterious cause of severe anemia, we finally discovered the problem - metastasized melanoma spread throughout the body. It was a devastating shock to all of us.
To say that the road has been rocky would be an understatement. On top of the physical struggle, insurance coverage is finite and the cost of comfortable living during this time has become a difficult goal to attain.
Greg is someone who wakes up on a Saturday morning and adds "donate blood" to his list of weekend errands. He provides support to local charities and has donated to The American Cancer Society for decades. He will tell you that before he goes to sleep at night, he goes through his day in his mind to make sure he's gone out of his way to do something good for someone else.
In our family, help is something we give, not get. However, many of you have reached out with generous offers to help and we've set this page up with some close friends to garner a bit of that offered support during our tough time.
This story is very close to our hearts and we ask that you be conscientious before sharing this with others.
With love and thanks,
