Greg Jensen Scholarship

Gregory Allen Jensen, born on Nov. 3, 1956, lived his 59 years as a shining rainbow to all his family, friends, students, colleagues and community making everyone he met feel important.  We lost him this February.

Greg graduated from MSU Northern with a degree in education decades ago and then set out on his lifelong path of teaching children, sharing his love for the game of tennis, and supporting his colleagues in Conrad, Montana.

Those who knew and loved him describe Greg as funny, passionate, generous, and kind.  Greg spent over 30 years in Conrad as a second grade teacher and then six more years as an elementary principal. Greg made all his students feel special and influenced many of them to take up the profession.

In lieu of flowers or gifts in this time of great loss for the Jensen family, please help them keep Greg's spirit alive by helping kids from Conrad go to college and follow their own dreams. This is what Greg wanted for all of his students. Help us build a legecy around his name and his commitment to education.
