Gregorio Ortega

Greetings everyone, the Vincenzo’s family has experienced a great loss of a dedicated employee, Gregorio Ortega. He worked at the Newhall restaurant for 34 years, he spent most of his days there and very rarely called in sick. The long hours he worked were a regular thing for him, his dedication to the restaurant and his craft contributed to the success of Vincenzo’s more than other single component. During the 34 years of hand-throwing pizza dough we estimate Gregorio made more than 600,000 pizzas...laid together they would form an unbroken path from the restaurant for 225 miles - all the way from Newhall to the Las Vegas Strip!
