Gregory Ciesielski

My sister’s husband, Gregory Ciesielski, passed away suddenly on 09/28/2023 of a ruptured aorta. Greg leaves behind a 22 year old daughter and 18 year old son and wife, Lisa.

Gregory was a decorated United States Marine. After the military, Greg went to work at Detroit Children’s Hospital as a Security Police Officer. Greg then left Children’s Hospital to go to Ascension Macomb Hospital in Warren MI as a Security Police Officer.

Greg held down two full time jobs to support his family, as he was also the maintenance man at their apartment complex.

Greg’s untimely passing not only leaves a huge void in the hearts of his family, but a loss of two incomes.

Anyone that knew Greg knew that he was capable of doing any type of repairs around a house, and was always available to help anyone that needed it.

Greg was very proud of his two children, Gianna and Mark. Gianna graduated with honors from Oakland University earlier this year. Mark graduated this year from Lutheran High North and is going to trade school currently.

Gregs wife Lisa works full time at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital, as well as being a housekeeper.

I am asking for help to assist Lisa in being able to pay bills, as they are losing a double income, and both kids still live at home.
