Greg Pedersen Memorial Fund

Greg Pedersen, a founding member of Sonoma Youth Lacrosse, brought together his love of the sport and the Sonoma community to rally for the creation of a new league. His efforts brought opportunities for kids to learn the great game of lacrosse, the power of teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition. He brought his passion and expertise to all age groups and genders, from 5-year-olds to high schoolers on the boys and girls teams. But it was his son Eric’s boys lacrosse teams that garnered the majority of Greg’s attention and fittingly, the teams were perennial champions.

Please join us in honoring Greg and his legacy by donating to support the lacrosse community in Sonoma and the values Greg lived by. The Fund will support the creation of The Greg Pedersen Award which will recognize high school seniors who go above and beyond in service to their team, school, and community. Funds will be used to support these athletes and the ongoing development of the sport of lacrosse in Sonoma.
