Griffith Family ALS, Stoke, and Fire Fund
Donation protected
Ok, friends, I’m on a mission to help my neighbors. I want to lay this all out for you so you can understand the storm they’re going through. The father, Joe, is terminally ill with ALS. The mother, Stacy Biggs-Griffith, is a full time caregiver for Joe and their son. This past week Joe’s 33 year old daughter, Michelle, had a horrific stroke and is in CCU at UT, and will also need 24 hour care when she comes home. (It’s very bad) Then, the grandfather (Stacy’s dad) moved in next door to help Stacy with Joe, and I swear we woke up yesterday to his house burning down on top of everything else they are dealing with. Now, these family members are truly amazing people. They are the type who treat the janitor as well as a CEO. Just down to earth WONDERFUL people. They need help ASAP. There are also 2 teenage boys that lived in the house that burned that have lost almost everything. They have immediate expenses they have to fund right now like hotel rooms, clothes, food...etc... Just general “survival” things. Please please talk to your churches, friends, family, or whoever it can be that could possibly help these wonderful people. We do not know of clothing sizes yet. Right now, we want to make sure they have a roof over their heads, food in their belly, and clothes on their backs. Please help me share this and get the word out. ANY and ALL monetary donations will be greatly appreciated. We have set this up so that all money is directly sent to Stacy Griffith (The mother) No middle man here! We just set it up for them. This family truly needs us to wrap our arms around them as a community and help them through this. Thank you for reading all this. God Bless!
