Hi, my name is Henry Fox and I'm raising funds to help Marc Hibel.
Marc was recently released from jail after the city of Louisville Kentucky tore down his home. Marc is a Chemist by trade and had the things that went along with that profession. The legality of these things isn't for me to decide. This is a breakdown of what made me reach out for help.
Marc invited me over to his neighbor's house he was doing an estate sale for. The invitation was for a presale. The homeowners gave Marc permission to sell the contents of the home. I accepted but when I got there the door was wide open, an estate sale sign lying on the ground and an electric cord going to lights used to light up the estate sale sign that Marc was taking care of. I called out but he didn't respond so I entered. I wasn't in the home 2 minutes when I hear someone yell, come out. I did and it was an officer. I tried explaining that Marc invited me over to a pre-estate sale but they didn't want to hear anything about Marc. With the officers not allowing me to say anything about Marc, I had no other excuse. I was cited for criminal trespass. Immediately after they gave me the citation, I went to Marc's house and that's where he was. Marc came out and spoke to the officers in my defense which I recorded.
The one good thing Marc has in his corner is a great lawyer. I see Marc going through these trials and tribulations with the city, the law, and politicians I have to do something to help this man so here I am reaching out to you. https://www.wave3.com/2023/10/30/marc-hibel-appears-court-attorney-withdraws-motion-preserve-evidence/
It says this fundraiser is benefitting Henry Fox. It is not benefitting Henry Fox. Henry Fox is fundraising on Marc Hibel's behalf.
I know $10,000 is a big number. What kind of goal should I put down for someone who had everything taken from him by the city and those that run the city?
The entire thing is wrong, what they did to Marc.
