Growing the sport of table tennis in Rockford
Donation protected
The Rockford Table Tennis Club (RTTC) has recently partnered with the Rockford Park District to bring table tennis to the UW Sports Factory as part of an open gym program.
The RTTC is campaigning to raise $7500 to acquire four new/used table tennis tables, paddles, balls, barriers, a robot, and various other equipment to grow an enthusiasm for the sport within the Rockford community and to help participants develop the skill sets necessary to improve their ability to play the game.
Who Are We
The Rockford Table Tennis Club (RTTC) is a group of table tennis enthusiasts who meet twice weekly at the Rivers Edge Recreation Center in Belvidere, Illinois .
The club has been organized since 1968 and is registered as a Not-for-Profit organization with the State of Illinois.
The club welcomes everyone irregardless of their skill level, from the novice to the professional, to participate, compete, and enjoy playing table tennis.
We would like to make the sport of table tennis a part of every park district, after school program and community center in the Rockford area.
Our Mission
Our mission statement is to facilitate, organize, and promote the sport of table tennis as a wholesome form of physical recreation and exercise for people of all ages, and to foster national amateur sports competition within the Rock River Valley of Northern Illinois.
Our Goal
Our goal is to raise $7500 to acquire new equipment for the Rockford Park District at the UW Sports Factory .
Your generous donations will help to support this campaign.
If you have any questions or comments then please feel free to contact Andy Johnson and I will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.
