GRUBB FAMILY EMERGENCY FUNDING
Donation protected
On September 25, 2023 my cousin April Grubb (Sprouse) was in a real bad car accident. Firefighter on scene reported her vehicle was on its top with her being partially ejected and entrapped. She was trapped underneath her vehicle but was conscious and alert with trouble breathing. Healthnet was requested to launch and at that time she was no longer alert with labored breathing. They successfully extricated her but she was now unresponsive. She was in a coma when she arrived at Morgantown hospital with severe brain trauma. She has had multiple surgeries to relieve pressure on her brain and had to have her spleen removed due to internal bleeding. She is currently still in the NCCU unit on life support and in a coma and has had several severe complications due to all the trauma her body has sustained. Since October 1st they have had her in stable condition with no complications but had a setback on Friday. They have her stable again but se has a very long and very rough road ahead of her yet. Doctors have told her husband Zack it can be 6 mk the to a year before she comes out of a coma and then she has an extremely long path to recovery. Zack has not left her side this whole time so they currently have no income coming in at all and they have 3 small children. This family could really use every ounce of help and prayer that they can get right now. If you can not donate please just share this. All donations will help them right now in so many ways and will be greatly appreciated. Any and everyone who can donate please do to help this young mother and her family in a desperate time of need. Even if it's just $1 that dollar puts us closer to our goal. A huge thank you to ALL who donate and/or share this cause. Continue praying for April to come out of a coma and start the road to recovery as she continues to fight for her life right now. She is a fighter for sure. Her babies need her to be home. Love you April!
