Grupo Folklórico Izcalli's One Year Anniversary

Grupo Folklorico Izcalli is turning ONE! Please help us reach our fundraising target as we embark on reaching many goals this year. One of the main goals is a new practice floor that supports correct posture, easier on the dancers' feet, knees and back.

 

A little bit about us: We are a grupo folklorico established in April 2021 located in Kansas City, KS. Our passion for Folklorico dance was our drive to start Izcalli in the first place. Our passion and mission are to share our beautiful Mexican culture through our feet and traditional wear all around Kansas City and the surrounding area.  

From practicing our first few months at a park to performing at the Arrowhead Stadium, Izcalli has accomplished a ton in our first year of being a group. Your donations will help Izcalli cover group costs, recruit new members, and support us in establishing ourselves in a studio.
