Doug Boyd: Husband, father, son, brother and a friend to many, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of January 9th, 2016.
He graduated from Mentor High School in 1988, and has remained a resident of Mentor with his family, and pizza business. He owned the Zeppe's on Center Street.
Anone that knew Doug would agree that he put his family, friends and community first. He has touched many of our lives in one way or another. Whether it was being friendly, coaching our kids baseball teams, supporting our schools or donating time and pizza for many organizations. He has 3 children who play sports ALL year round. He took pride in watching each kid succeed in their sport.
In an attempt to keep their activities as uninterrupted as possible, let's please give back to the family of a guy that gave to everyone.
The funds raised will be used to ease his Erica's financial burden during this difficult time, and allow the kids to continue their sport activities.
