Save our Lake

Acid mine drainage has been polluting Kississing Lake for fourteen years, our repeated calls to the Government to stop the discharge have fallen on deaf ears. The latest water tests show discharge below pH 5. The mine remediation project has failed and the government does not want to admit it. They are allowing Kississing Lake to be used as a settling pond for heavy metals, such as Cadmium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Arsenic and Lime. Enough is enough, it is time to stop the contamination of Kississing Lake.
