Please Help my Small Business

In mid-March of 2020, just as the nation was finally beginning to lock down for the COVID-19 pandemic, the desktop computer I use for my small business suffered a fatal boot error that appears to be insurmountable. Very likely the hard drive is dead with no hope of repair. I am trying to recover as much of my files as I can, and hope to take the machine to a repair shop for professional work as soon as quarantine is lifted, but as of now my small business, which is in photography and videography, is effectively shut down.
The backup laptop I am using to check messages is old and ill-suited for anything but checking messages. So I am asking for help to repair or replace my computer. The funds will go toward a system suitable for the heavy duty video recording, and photo and video editing, and software necessary to these tasks.
I applied for emergency small business relief under the CARES Act, but as mine is an LLC with no employees but myself, the sole owner and proprietor, it is unlikely I will be approved given both the backlog and the lack of adequate funds for the program.
