Help with Medication not covered

Hi, my name is Tina his wife trying help raised funds for medication from kidney transplant that is actually taken place today 2/14/2024. We all know certain insurances don't cover certain medications. Yes he has Medicare and Cigna secondary but if Medicare don't pay then other insurance will not. My husband has been waiting for transplant now for over 10 years and finally today is today and we just need some assistance. We understand everyone have own lives and we just really appreciate anything you all can help with.
