Children of Guatemala

There has been a terrible fire in an orphanage in Guatemela!  If you have followed the news you may have heard that many kids have died and several are in critical care at a local hospital. This facility was designed for about 400 kids and currently houses 700! Many are being moved into a different space for healing and help.

I have included a link to a couple of news articles about the devestating event.

I will be traveling to Guatemala this May to help with the children and staff. Using my background in counseling, I will offer trainings and tools to the staff and
one-on-one counseling to the children.
