Guidry Family| Disaster Relief Fund

Hello my name is Angela Briscoe and I was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, one of the areas that was hit by the Louisiana Flood 2016. I created this GoFundMe fund to raise money to help my sister and brother-in-law, Grace and Mike Guidry, recover from the devestation of the historic flood that hit their home. They were forced to leave their home Friday, August 12th and could not regain access until Sunday, August 14th. They had 9 inches of standing water in every room. Their loss is devastating. Their home was not in a flood zone and therefore they did not have any flood insurance and only home insurance. The insurance company has told them that none of this damage will be covered by their policy.  Grace and Mike Guidry are beneficiaries of this account and have direct access to withdraw funds. All funds raised by this campaign will be used for the following: To replace their roof, flooring, carpet, repair and repaint walls, clean their vehicle floors, replace a shower, furniture and much more.
