Our mission is to combat and break down mental health barriers for youth/adult/elderly women through sporting activities, outdoor pursuits, self-defence and volunteering. We strive to educate the most vulnerable to learn life skills, resilience, confidence, independant and become strong individuals to live a fulfilling lifestyle.

The Charity will be partaking in this grueling yet rewarding event, with participation in the challenge with our very own Zee Jogi. She is the first British Muslim who traveled during the pandemic and participated in x2 Guinness World Records on the free-standing mountain in the world called Kilimanjaro.
One of a kind, never been before attempted challenge!
She aims Climb Everest Basecamp and completes an obstacle course on the summit. Attempt to achieve a Guinness World record for completing 10 obstacles at an altitude of 5,644m and be the First British Muslim to achieve this challenge.

The charity is leading the way with awards and recognition within the community. They won the award for a “contribution to active sport 22” and Zohra Ashraf won “Volunteer of the year 22” through Blackburn Sports Council. The British Muslim Awards 2022 awarded them with “Community initiative of the year” and a finalist at the Bolton Health & Wellbeing awards 2022 as “charity of the year”. Minister for civil society Nigel Huddleston has stated in an article, “The organization is committed to ensuring that no young person is left out to reach or left behind, and have put it at the heart of our drive to level up this country”
