Gun Shot Victim. Tawnya Desperately Needs Help

Hi my name is Tawnya. I am in desperate need of help.

I was at home ready to get into bed when somebody started shooting outside. 8 bullets hit my house, one of which hit me in the leg shattering my tibia and hitting an artery. The bullet was lodged in my tibia and had to be removed. I now have a rod in my leg from my knee to my ankle. I am faced with finding a new place for me and my 3 year old son since the previous place I lived is no longer a safe place. I am unable to work or drive my car. I need to learn how to walk again. I just need help with basic things like pull ups and other daily needs. I'm a single mom and have no means to make money to take care of the things my job usually would.
