Gurmat Sangeet Research Internship

The Gurmat Sangeet Research Internship is an intensive, eight (8) week opportunity for individuals to strengthen their understanding of the musical (sangeet) aspect of the Guru’s teachings (gurmat) that appear in Sikhi. Incoming interns to this program should have a sufficient familiarity with Gurmat Sangeet to undertake a deeper understanding of the field. Every week, this summer internship will consist of various topics introduced through lecture format and assignments curated to assess comprehension of presented topics. The scholarship is an incentive for interns to participate in this internship diligently and further supports the preservation of gurmat sangeet through the next generation.
