Help Lay Michael to Rest
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Ny’Asia and my brother is Michael Daniel Torres. On May 1, 2024 my brother passed away unexpectedly, due to a medical emergency at the age of 14 years old. Michael was a son, brother, grandchild, nephew, cousin, friend and a protector. Michael was the true definition of peace. His demeanor was calm and mature. He had so much more to offer to this world. He was smart, kind, funny, respectful and loved by anyone who he came in contact with. Michael attended Essex County West Caldwell Tech. Michael was so excited to go to this school for the Robotics Program. I remember it like yesterday preparing him for his entrance interview. Michael played foot ball for East Orange All Stars. He was known as “BIG MIKE” #90. Michael was so talented! He loved to play video games, build legos, bowling, football, cars and dreaming about his future. He even had a secret talent for baking. Michael wanted to be an Architect. He had aspirations of building a house for our entire family to live in. Michael adored his family. Overall he was just a beautiful person. He was a vital part of our family dynamic and was loved by so many. We never expected to have to lay him to rest, especially at such as young age. My parents loved him so deeply. He was my brother but, the pain they feel of losing a child is unimaginable. A pain I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. Today on the behalf of my parents and my entire family I am asking for donations to help lay Michael to rest. We appreciate anybody who can donate or share Michael’s story. He was special and deserves the best of the best. Thank you again, All love.
