Gwen Freeman is the kind hearted woman who sells Streetwise in front of Walgreen's and Starbuck's in Chicago's Andersonville neighbood. She's known for her outgoing personality and warm smile. Sadly Gwen lost her boyfriend of 18 years last week, yet since Joseph's passing she's not missed a day of work. She's sixty-eight years old and has been selling papers on-and-off since 1993. His services are on March 30th and I thought it would be nice to raise money for her to use as she sees fit for funeral or memoral services.

Donations large or small will go towards offering some comfort to Gwen during this difficult time.
