Support Matthew & Amy Ramsey's Family in Need

Matthew Ramsey passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on the early morning of May 26th while on vacation in Costa Rica celebrating his 50th birthday.

Matthew was a giver, a server, an encourager, and a connector. If he didn’t know you, he wanted to, and if he did, he wanted to know you better. He loved the Lord and loved serving the Lord’s people with a generous heart.

He is survived by his wife, Amy Ramsey and six children. Daughters Taylor Ramsey, Ella Ramsey, Mattea Mattox, and Lily Mattox, and sons Colton Ramsey and Justus Mattox. He is also survived by his dear mother, Carol Ramsey, his sister Carrie Avila and family (Rene, RJ, Jacob, Kylie, and Lily) and ex-wife Winter Ramsey. Matthew was preceded in death by his father, Donald James Ramsey.

Services for Matthew will be held on June 28th, at 10am, at his home church, Oro Valley Church of the Nazarene. All are welcome to join us in celebrating his beautiful life.

If you would like to donate to help the families of Matthew Ramsey with the unexpected expenses of this unfortunate situation, two separate GoFundMe campaigns have been set up. One for Mattea, Lily, and Justus Mattox with his wife Amy Ramsey. Amy has set up a Section 529 plan to help with the children's college tuition. A separate GoFundMe campaign has been set up for Taylor, Colton, and Ella Ramsey with his ex-wife Winter Ramsey.
