Expression Noire - Black Expression

Join Black Student Leaders Association, the University of Ottawa Student’s Union, and Recognized Student Governments in celebrating Black artists of our community, as they share their stories and experiences through various forms of art. We will come together at this time to listen to Black student leaders and community members, to celebrate the Black excellence and talent that exists in our community, and to stand in solidarity with them - during this time, and moving forward.

To help broadcast these voices widely, this event will be free to attend. Donations will be evenly distributed between these 5 charitable organizations:
Justice for Abdirahman;
Black History Ottawa;
Canadian Anti-Racism Network;
Congress of Black Women of Canada, Ontario Region;
Black Artists Union

Any and all donations will make a difference, so if you have the capacity to, please consider donating what you can.
We stand in solidarity with the Black community. Tonight we listen and tomorrow we speak up.

Rejoignez l'Association des leaders étudiants noirs, le Syndicat étudiant de l'Université d'Ottawa et les Gouvernements étudiants reconnus (RSG) pour célébrer les artistes noirs de notre communauté, alors qu'ils partagent leurs histoires et leurs expériences à travers diverses formes d'art. Nous nous réunirons à ce moment pour écouter les leaders étudiants noirs et les membres de la communauté, pour célébrer l'excellence noire et le talent qui existe dans notre communauté, et pour être solidaires avec eux - Maintenant et à l’avenir.

Pour aider à diffuser ces voix, cet événement sera gratuit. Tous les dons seront répartis équitablement entre ces 5 organisations caritatives :
