Lee's Fight

We all know cancer doesn't discriminate. This horrid disease has affected our immediate family terribly. Lee and Mick lost two of their gorgeous children to this horrible disease four months apart. On the 23rd of December 2014 they lost their oldest and only son to stomach cancer at the young age of 22. Whilst still grieving for their son Ashley. Then only 4 months later their beautiful youngest daughter Samantha, lost her battle with brain cancer on 5th of April 2015 at the even younger age of 17.

If this is not heartbreaking enough and would destroy most, well being that Cancer does not have a heart, Lee and Mick find themselves reliving endless hospital appointments and now treatment again.

On the 8th of June 2019 my beautiful mother Lee was getting ready for work like every other day. Lee felt something that wasn't right on her right breast. She went to the doctors to get it checked and was sent for a mammogram and ultrasound on the 17th of June 2019. On the 25th of June 2019, she was  sent for a biopsy.

2nd of July 2019, on returning back to the doctors, Lee was given this devastating news. Lee you have grade 3 breast cancer .

Lee is now facing six months of chemo which starts on the 6th of september 2019.

Now once again she is facing such emotional stress. To avoid Lee and Mick from any more stress, we are hoping family, friends and acquaintances can help us by donating to try and help with financial needs through this tough time.

Lee and Mick are very proud parents and would never ask for help but they has gone through things no parent should ever go through.
