Help Dana Recover

Donation protected
Dana was diagnosed with a brain Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) on February 12th.  An AVM is a tangle of abnormal and poorly formed blood vessels (arteries and veins). They have a higher rate of bleeding and are of special concern in the brain due to the damage they can cause.
Dana was feeling fine then suddenly had a headache, felt numbness in her arm, she then became unconscious and was taken to the emergency room where her family was told she had an AVM in her brain that ruptured.  Dana has been in a medically induced coma since that day.  She has undergone 4 surgeries and remains under close observation in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) to ensure her recovery.
An emergency visit, several brain surgeries, spending weeks in the ICU, and months of recovery time ahead will lead to the family being in financial crisis. With one parent always by her side and out of work, the financial burden continues to build.  Please contribute to help with Dana's ongoing medical expenses and medication. We really appreciate any amount and support. Thank you.
