Help Baby Girl Edwards and family

Becca and Brandon Edwards are the wonderful parents of 3 sweet boys and are thrilled to be expecting a beautiful baby girl. However, their hearts have been broken to find out that their baby girl isn’t developing quite right. The doctors have not been able to find part of her cerebellum, suspect possible microcephaly, and have confirmed a major heart defect in which one side is enlarged and the aorta is possibly connected on the wrong side. Further testing is required to rule out the possibility of the disorder trisomy 13, which would result in the loss of this sweet baby. If she doesn’t have this disorder, she will need emergency heart surgery after birth to try to correct her defects.

Becca and Brandon are dealing with these heartbreaking worries while not having health insurance. The costs of the specialist visits, travel, and possible impending surgeries are something that no parent should have to worry about while worrying about the health and well-being of their child.
