Last month, funding for Refugee Resettlement Programs was suddenly halted, leaving newly arrived families without critical support. This funding helps cover essential needs such as purchasing groceries, household items, clothing, MARTA bus cards, transportation, and other immediate necessities until they can secure employment and access public benefits.

Currently, 40 Afghan families who have waited years for asylum in the United States have recently arrived, eager to rebuild their lives. However, they now face significant challenges in meeting their most basic needs. AAAGA is actively working on the ground, providing direct assistance and essential support services to help them navigate this transition.

Please help us raise money for this CRISIS FUND, and we promise that every dollar will go to help a family in need. Every dollar will make a difference, whether it’s $10 or $500. 100% of the money will be spent on groceries, clothing, household essentials, MARTA bus cards, transportation, and other immediate needs. At AAAGA, we have always been a lifeline for Afghan refugees, providing hope, stability, and essential services. With your help, we can continue this critical work.
