Cremation for my dad

Hi I’m Lisa Bagley Hernandez, my dad Timothy Wade Bagley passed away Saturday 7/1/23 unexpectedly he was 66 years old and in a nursing home in the uptown area of Chicago. He was found unresponsive they tried to revive him but all attempts did not work. His death is in investigation now of fowl play or something else. Currently he is in the medical examiner building of cook county. He has been In different nursing home facilities for the past 14 years since for his orthopedic issues and liver and cancer and he has had a long battle with alcoholism and addiction. He also has seizure’s for the past 2 years. I just need help with a proper cremation with a small urn. His wishes where to be spread in Lake Michigan and some in Georgia on his parents grave. I will also have a small service with the church he belonged to in the city of Chicago. They knew him best. Missio Dei was his church. I just want to do what is right.
