Hate Crime?Family Business Gyro Kings Burned Down

Hello everyone my name is Melina Savage, Daughter of Chunson Savage (Owner) and sister Sarena Savage (Owner) . Two Owners of Gyro Kings on 700 North Reilly Road Fayetteville NC.

 

Our family business in Fayetteville was destroyed in a massive fire Wednesday morning,

This is our livelihood, our heart and soul; this year is our 6th year in operation. My mom and sister thrive on this business to support our community also to support themselves to live day by day. My mom created Gyro Kings to give back to the community after she spent years overseas, 7 years feeding our troops. It was her dream to own her own resturant create generational wealth for our kids and to continue to feed our community and soldiers with meals that are cooked with love. Now we have to recreate Gyro Kings.

We will use the funds to find a new Place of operation also to pay a few months rent, kithcen equipment and inventory.

We are deeply saddened that this happened to our family owned and operated business.

 

The outpour of support from our customers and the surrounding community of friends has been very heartfelt.

 

Many people are concerned and have asked us how they can support us or give donations. I never thought I would create a go fund me but since we are here this link is where we are accepting.

 

It is important that we continue to support our military community with affordable meals. Our location was best for quick trips to and from the base. We will now start all over and try to continue to build and bring back what you all loved so much..

 

Gyro Kings is not down forever!!! We will be back....Just temporarily a minor set back.
