Here we go! Amazing progress in the works. Thanks to all of you I am 50% to the goal! All of the means have gone to setting this into motion and thanks to all of you this project is happening!

Equipment is being purchased as we speak to make this happen. Time has not stopped this project, but made it even better..!

Press credentials are being filed, video editing, and minor needs are in the works for this home stretch with January 31, 2016 as our launch date. My journalism background is on Google for anyone who wishes to confirm any questions one would have.

To offer an inspirational portal for our youth to use free of charge uploaded to Youtube and Instagram on a weekly basis.

What started as a personal family crisis turned into a discovery of a world few see and a system overwhelmed.

Good Day All,

Over a year ago I sat bedside looking at my daughter as she slept recovering from her second suicide attempt. Beyond the tears and heartache associated with this something emotionally hit me. A thought of communication came to mind. From that experience and a year of research I came up with a program unlike anything in the system today.

         "The reality of what our children face today"  

 Two million suicide attempts with hundreds completing it

One in Five self-harming themselves

Millions on medications for an array of mind issues

Over Sixty percent using or abusing some form of drugs and or alcohol

One in Four are raised in broken homes (combined statistic)

One in Three living in biological father-absent-homes

Unimaginable and silent statistic of mental, sexual, and emotional abuse in the home

Cyber Bullying, Sexting, and the lifelong ramifications from such usage to one’s future

"And on, and on... You get the picture"

My Plan:

                       “Americas Mentor Radio Network”

This free internet weekly radio program is designed to help combat the staggering statistics listed above.

 From this program I would offer the following:

 .Personal stories of survivors
.Inspirational interviews with high profile people
.Coping skills from those who’ve made it through hard times
.Parent insight and communication skills
.How to use music as a psychological tool for recovery
.Ideas on goal setting, finding ones purpose, and overcoming fear
.Introduction into self-help authors and interviews
.How their hobby can be their future

.And many more…

 All of this offered on the most visited sites, YouTube and Instagram free of charge.

  Project Funds:
All of this is volunteered by me. There is no overhead associated with this project as I will be using the internet to upload this weekly program.

 All software, computers, audio and visual equipment, and small renovations would be needed to complete this project. A detailed list is available upon request and “All” receipts would be available.

 Also, my media experience is available for review per request.

   Project Goal: $1600.00



To my friends EMMURE! You guys have given life to My Victoria with her special needs and used your music to become a creative inspired machine!

Closing:
For your own thought on this matter and perhaps a reality check I ask that you do a simple search on Youtube or Instagram.  This will give you an idea and magnitude of the problem from a childs perspective.

  I hope, even if you can’t contribute, please share the program. Our mental health system is overwhelmed. For things to change, we must step up and find better ways to offer hope to these children.
