Help our Grandparents recover after Eaton Fire

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

Our beloved grandparents, Jose Luis and Emilia Bernabe recently experienced a devastating loss in the Eaton Fire. They had to evacuate a home of 32 years with nothing but the clothes on their backs and the few belongings they could carry. In my grandma’s words, “I would have never imagined, that I would come back to nothing”. This home was more than just a house—it was the heart of our family, a place where countless memories were made, holidays were celebrated, and love was always in abundance. Now, they face the daunting challenge of starting over when they should be enjoying the peace and stability of retirement. While we are beyond grateful that they are safe, the road ahead is overwhelming. Countless years of hard work in building, maintaining and living within their home, just gone in a matter of hours. We are asking for your support. These funds will assist with needs that will not be covered by other sources of aid. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a world of difference.
