Emily Strong

Hello,

We are the Aguirre Family. Two weeks ago, on October 16th, our 13-year-old daughter Emily was diagnosed with Leukemia. She suddenly fell ill and had several doctor visits. This news has turned our family's world upside down, filled with emotions and feelings.

We have had an overwhelming amount of people reach out and ask for ways to help. Emily's school has gone above and beyond helping with our rent, collecting donations and doing a fundraiser selling bracelets in honor of Emily.

Our GoFundMe page will help cover any medical costs that arise, transportation to the hospital and expenses at home. Mom has been taking time off from work to care for Emily. More than just money, we are also asking for a prayer army to keep Emily and our family in your prayers. Also, that you send notes/comments of encouragement to show Emily how many people are standing with her and fighting beside her.

Somos la Familia Aguirre. Hace dos semanas, el 16 de octubre, a nuestra hija Emily de 13 años le diagnosticaron leucemia. De repente se enfermó y tuvo varias visitas al médico. Esta noticia ha puesto patas arriba el mundo de nuestra familia, llenándolo de emociones y sentimientos.

Hemos tenido una cantidad de personas que se acercan y nos piden formas de ayudar. La escuela de Emily ha hecho todo lo posible para ayudarnos con el alquiler, recaudar donaciones y recaudar fondos vendiendo pulseras en honor a Emily.

Nuestra página de GoFundMe ayudará a cubrir cualquier costo médico que surja, transporte al hospital y gastos en el hogar. Mamá ha estado tomando tiempo libre del trabajo para cuidar a Emily. Más que dinero, también estamos pidiendo un ejército de oración para que mantengan a Emily y nuestra familia en sus oraciones.
